Over the last few years, Project Lifesaver International has been able to expand the program to reach new localities across the US. This was made possible through from received Federal grant funding received from the Bureau of Justice Assistance under the Missing Alzheimer’s Patient Assistance program. To date this grant has provided funding to create 205 new member agencies to bring the project lifesaver program to their communities. We are truly grateful for the BJA in helping to expand the program and our mission of (PLI.)

The Federal Grant funding from the Bureau of Justice Assistance under the Missing Alzheimer’s Patient Assistance program also reached out to existing Project Lifesaver Agencies by making stipends available to even further cover those with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
