15-year-old male wanders from residence in Yamhill County, Oregon
A mentally challenged 15-year-old male wandered from his residence in Yamhill County, Oregon. Project Lifesaver of Yamhill County Search and Rescue were notified at 10p.m. and conducted a search immediately and found the young man after 6 minutes safe and unharmed.
