Boy, 12 with Autism missing, Manassas, VA
On March 29, 2011, a 12-year-old boy with Autism went missing from his home in Manassas, VA. The boy’s mother notified Project Lifesaver of Prince William County Sheriff’s Office and Manassas Police Department at 6:10 p.m. Manassas Police Department were unable to track a signal from the residence; however, the mother indicated he was in room before she realized he was missing. By 6:30 p.m. the property was researched with a strong signal coming from attic. The boy was in the attic, crawled into a small place with no injuries. Way to go from Project Lifesaver of William County Sheriff’s Office and Manassas Police Department. Another successful rescue.
